Using the Quotes Dashboard
The Quotes Dashboard on Palletfly.com is designed to help you manage and track your quote requests efficiently. This dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your requests at various stages, allowing you to interact with them and make informed decisions.
Tabs Overview
The dashboard is organized into several tabs, each showing different stages of your quote requests:
- Ready for Checkout: Displays requests that have been quoted and are ready for final purchase. You can move forward with these by selecting the appropriate option.
- Pending Requests: Shows all quote requests that are still being processed and awaiting further action.
- Shipping Quotes: This tab lists all requests for which you've asked for shipping quotes. These remain here until a shipping quote is created, sent to you, and either confirmed or canceled by you.
- Completed Checkouts: Displays all requests that have been successfully checked out.
- Cancelled Requests: Contains requests that you or Palletfly have canceled.
- All Requests: A comprehensive tab that shows all your requests, regardless of status. This is useful for searching for specific requests or checking the overall status of multiple requests.
- Pending Input: Displays requests that require additional input, typically handled via email communication.
Navigating the Dashboard
- Creating a Request: Once you create a request using the cart, it will initially appear in the Pending Requests tab.
- Requesting Shipping Quotes: If you've selected "Palletfly Quote Shipping" in your cart or clicked the "Request Shipping Quote" button, your request will be listed in the Shipping Quotes tab until a quote is generated and processed.
- Ready for Checkout: After a quote is prepared, your request will move to the Ready for Checkout tab. From here, you can finalize your order.
- Completed and Canceled Requests: Successfully completed orders will be shown in the Completed Checkouts tab, while any canceled requests will be found in the Cancelled Requests tab.
- Managing Requests: The All Requests tab allows you to search and review any request, regardless of its current status. If any request requires additional information, it will be listed under the Pending Input tab.
Using the Quotes Dashboard to Order
Navigate to the Ready for Checkout Tab:
- Once your quote request has been processed and is ready for purchase, it will appear in the Ready for Checkout tab.
Selecting Requests:
- To quickly select all requests that are ready for checkout, use the Select All checkbox. Then, scroll down and press the Add Selected To Checkout button.
- If you prefer to choose specific requests, you can individually add each one to your checkout list by clicking the Add to Checkout button next to each request line.
Managing Checkout List:
- After selecting requests, they will be added to the list on the right side, along with the subtotal product cost.
- If you wish to remove any items from your checkout list, simply click the trash can icon next to the item. (Note that this action will not cancel the request, it will just remove it from your order checkout list)
Proceeding to Checkout:
- Once you're satisfied with your selection, press Order Checkout to move to the next step.
- The status of your requests will change to Processing Checkout.
- Next up, you will use the Order Checkout page to complete your order.
